Run your business from one desktop app. अपना पूरा व्यापार चलाएँ एक ही software से।

1. Download setup.exe from the button below.
2. Double-click it. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info → Run anyway - normal for new software.
3. Accept terms and click Install.
4. Open the app. Login with admin / admin123.
5. Change the admin password before staff use it (Masters > Users).

2. उस पर डबल-क्लिक करें। अगर Windows "protected your PC" दिखाए, तो More info → Run anyway पर क्लिक करें - नए software के लिए सामान्य है।
3. शर्तें स्वीकार करें और Install दबाएँ।
4. App खोलें। लॉगिन: admin / admin123।
5. स्टाफ के उपयोग से पहले admin पासवर्ड बदलें (Masters > Users)।

1. Settings > Company: shop name, address, GSTIN, phone; add logo, payment QR, signature.
2. Load products: Settings > Shop Type - pick your trade and load a ready list (or import Excel).
3. Old stock already in the shop: Stock > Opening Stock - type the quantity (and batch / expiry), or fill the Excel sheet and upload it.
4. Supplier's bill: Purchase Entry > Scan bill (AI) - photo or PDF, check the items, Save.
5. Add customers, suppliers (with address/GSTIN) and salesmen in Masters.
6. Enter old dues as opening balances.

1. Settings > Company: दुकान का नाम, पता, GSTIN, फ़ोन; लोगो, payment QR, हस्ताक्षर जोड़ें।
2. Products लोड करें: Settings > Shop Type - अपना व्यापार चुनें और तैयार list लोड करें (या Excel import)।
3. दुकान में पहले से पड़ा माल: Stock > Opening Stock - मात्रा (और batch / expiry) भरें, या Excel sheet भरकर upload करें।
4. Supplier का बिल: Purchase Entry > Scan bill (AI) - photo या PDF, items जाँचें, Save।
5. Masters में ग्राहक, सप्लायर (पता/GSTIN सहित) और सेल्समैन जोड़ें।
6. पुराना बकाया opening balance में डालें।

2. Press F2, scan a barcode or type 2 letters - pick from the list (price & stock shown). 3*cem adds 3.
3. Set quantity; totals update live (with GST).
4. Pick the customer (or add one on the spot).
5. UPI? Ctrl+U shows a QR with the bill amount. Ctrl+S saves; then Print A4, Thermal or WhatsApp.

2. F2 दबाएँ, बारकोड स्कैन करें या 2 अक्षर टाइप करें - list से चुनें (दाम & स्टॉक दिखेगा)। 3*cem से 3 जुड़ेंगे।
3. मात्रा डालें; कुल (GST सहित) अपने आप बनता है।
4. ग्राहक चुनें (या तुरंत जोड़ें)।
5. UPI? Ctrl+U से बिल की रकम वाला QR। Ctrl+S से save; फिर A4, Thermal या WhatsApp प्रिंट।

1. Set up Settings > Cloud Sync with your Client ID and API Key.
2. Open Orders > Links & QR and send each salesman his own link / QR.
3. On the phone: tab Order to book orders, tab Paisa jama for money collected - UPI QR (the shop scans it, money goes to your UPI ID), cash, cheque, net banking or e-RUPI.
4. Orders arrive on the PC every minute (Pending) - dispatch to bill. Money waits on the Collection page until you Accept it.

4. ऑर्डर हर मिनट PC पर (Pending) - dispatch करें, बिल बनेगा। पैसा Collection page पर आपके Accept करने तक रुका रहता है।

1. A new install runs a 10-day trial with all features open.
2. Go to Settings > License, copy the Machine ID, and send it to us.
3. You get a key valid for that PC. Paste it and click Activate.

1. नया install 10 दिन ट्रायल में चलता है, सारे feature खुले।
2. Settings > License में जाएँ, Machine ID कॉपी करके हमें भेजें।
3. उस PC के लिए key मिलेगी। उसे पेस्ट करके Activate दबाएँ।

Your data is on your own PC. If it fails, un-backed-up data is lost.

• Use the backup option in Settings.
• Keep a copy on a pen-drive or cloud regularly.

आपका data आपके PC पर है। PC खराब हुआ तो बिना बैकअप वाला data चला जाएगा।

• "Access denied" on re-install: close MarketFlow fully or restart, then install.
• Product won't add to bill: it has 0 stock - add stock via purchase.
• Invalid licence key: use the latest version and a key matching this PC's Machine ID - or send a request from Settings > License.
• Update says "signature is NOT valid": install v1.89 once from the button below; after that updates install by themselves.

• Update पर "signature is NOT valid": नीचे के बटन से v1.89 एक बार install करें; उसके बाद अपडेट अपने आप होंगे।

1. Settings > Online Shop: turn it ON, tagline, WhatsApp, delivery / pickup, UPI - then Save + Publish.
2. Orders > Links & QR: copy the customer link or save the QR and print it at the counter. One link for all customers (B2B and B2C).
3. Customers pick items and send the order; it reaches the PC within a minute. New buyers are added to Customers automatically.

• MarketFlow checks once a day (or Settings > Updates > Check). Press Yes - it backs up, installs and opens again.
• Every update is digitally signed; a fake or damaged file is refused. Your data and licence stay.
• No internet? Run the new setup from a pen-drive - same result.

• MarketFlow दिन में एक बार खुद देखता है (या Settings > Updates > Check)। Yes दबाएँ - बैकअप, install और फिर खुल जाएगा।
• हर अपडेट digitally signed है; नकली या खराब file नहीं चलेगी। आपका data और licence वैसे ही रहते हैं।
• Internet नहीं? नया setup pen-drive से चलाएँ - वही नतीजा।
