1. Install MarketFlow1. MarketFlow इंस्टॉल करें+
  1. Download setup.exe from the button below.
  2. Double-click it. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info → Run anyway - normal for new software.
  3. Accept terms and click Install.
  4. Open the app. Login with admin / admin123.
  5. Change the admin password before staff use it (Masters > Users).
  1. नीचे बटन से setup.exe डाउनलोड करें।
  2. उस पर डबल-क्लिक करें। अगर Windows "protected your PC" दिखाए, तो More info → Run anyway पर क्लिक करें - नए software के लिए सामान्य है।
  3. शर्तें स्वीकार करें और Install दबाएँ।
  4. App खोलें। लॉगिन: admin / admin123।
  5. स्टाफ के उपयोग से पहले admin पासवर्ड बदलें (Masters > Users)।
2. First-time setup2. पहली बार सेटअप+
  1. Settings > Company: shop name, address, GSTIN, phone; add logo, payment QR, signature.
  2. Load products: Settings > Shop Type - pick your trade and load a ready list (or import Excel).
  3. Add opening stock via a purchase entry.
  4. Add customers, suppliers (with address/GSTIN) and salesmen in Masters.
  5. Enter old dues as opening balances.
  1. Settings > Company: दुकान का नाम, पता, GSTIN, फ़ोन; लोगो, payment QR, हस्ताक्षर जोड़ें।
  2. Products लोड करें: Settings > Shop Type - अपना व्यापार चुनें और तैयार list लोड करें (या Excel import)।
  3. खरीद एंट्री से शुरुआती स्टॉक डालें।
  4. Masters में ग्राहक, सप्लायर (पता/GSTIN सहित) और सेल्समैन जोड़ें।
  5. पुराना बकाया opening balance में डालें।

  1. Open New Sale.
  2. Scan a barcode, or type the product name and press Enter.
  3. Set quantity; totals update live (with GST).
  4. Pick the customer (or add one on the spot).
  5. Click Save, then Print A4, Thermal or WhatsApp.

  • The Accounts page has 11 views: customer & supplier ledger, cash/bank book, day book, trial balance, balance sheet, P&L, journal, chart of accounts, vouchers - each with Print/PDF.
  • Collection records money received; Outstanding shows who owes you.
  • Reports has 40+ reports incl. GST returns.
  • Accounts पेज में 11 view: ग्राहक & सप्लायर लेजर, कैश/बैंक बुक, डे बुक, ट्रायल बैलेंस, बैलेंस शीट, P&L, जर्नल, chart of accounts, वाउचर - सबमें Print/PDF।

5. Salesman phone orders5. सेल्समैन फ़ोन ऑर्डर+
  1. Set up Settings > Cloud Sync with your Client ID and API Key.
  2. Click Orders > Push Catalogue to send products & prices to the cloud.
  3. Share each salesman's link (Orders > Salesman Links) on WhatsApp.
  4. Salesmen order on the phone; you dispatch on the PC - it cuts stock and raises the bill.

6. Licence & activation6. लाइसेंस & एक्टिवेशन+
  1. A new install runs a 10-day trial with all features open.
  2. Go to Settings > License, copy the Machine ID, and send it to us.
  3. You get a key valid for that PC. Paste it and click Activate.
Each key works on one PC only. For a second counter or a new computer, send that machine's ID for its own key.
  1. नया install 10 दिन ट्रायल में चलता है, सारे feature खुले।
  2. Settings > License में जाएँ, Machine ID कॉपी करके हमें भेजें।
  3. उस PC के लिए key मिलेगी। उसे पेस्ट करके Activate दबाएँ।
हर key सिर्फ एक PC पर चलती है। दूसरे काउंटर या नए कंप्यूटर के लिए उसका Machine ID भेजें।
7. Backup - do it often7. बैकअप - रोज़ लें+

Your data is on your own PC. If it fails, un-backed-up data is lost.

  • Use the backup option in Settings.
  • Keep a copy on a pen-drive or cloud regularly.

आपका data आपके PC पर है। PC खराब हुआ तो बिना बैकअप वाला data चला जाएगा।

  • Settings में बैकअप option इस्तेमाल करें।
  • एक copy pen-drive या cloud में नियमित रखें।
8. Common problems8. आम समस्याएँ+
  • "Windows protected your PC": More info → Run anyway.
  • "Access denied" on re-install: close MarketFlow fully or restart, then install.
  • Product won't add to bill: it has 0 stock - add stock via purchase.
  • Invalid licence key: use the latest version and a key matching this PC's Machine ID.
  • "Windows protected your PC": More info → Run anyway।
  • दोबारा install पर "Access denied": MarketFlow पूरा बंद करें या PC restart करें, फिर install।
  • Product बिल में नहीं जुड़ता: उसका स्टॉक 0 है - खरीद से स्टॉक डालें।
  • Invalid licence key: latest version रखें और इसी PC के Machine ID वाली key डालें।
